If you are not thrilled with the results, you have 30 days from the day you receive the product to ship it back for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
Billing Questions
Priority Processing – Priority Processing ensures that your product is shipped first based on available inventory. It places your order in queue before existing standard processing orders for the same product.
Multi Payments – Thane offers multiple payment options for select products. Your purchase may be divided into equal payments spread over a predetermined period, with shipping, handling, and tax added to the first payment. Multi-payment options vary by product and are offered during checkout. Multi payments are not available on all Thane products.
Refund Status – To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once Thane receives your product in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Money Back Guarantee, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are processed within three business days of receiving your return. However, it may take up to three weeks to post to your account, depending on your credit card issuer or payment method. If you have been issued an RA number, returned the product, and three weeks have passed, please contact our Customer Service Department.

To return a product, you must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address for your package.
