Why Total Flex™ Train Gain

Reach Muscle Fatigue Up To 33% Faster*

See how Total Flex™ Train Gain combines measurable pressure, guided setup and lighter-load training in one arm-and-leg system.

TrainGain

19%

Fewer arm reps on average*

Participants reached the study fatigue endpoint with approximately 19% fewer biceps-curl repetitions on average.

18%

Fewer leg reps on average*

Participants reached the study fatigue endpoint with approximately 18% fewer quadriceps-extension repetitions on average.

mmHg

Pressure you can measure

The inflatable cuff, hand pump and gauge make applied pressure visible instead of relying only on perceived tightness.

Simple Three-Step Setup

Place. Pump. Perform.

From cuff placement to measurable pressure and training, Total Flex™ Train Gain makes every step easy to follow.

HOW IT WORKS

Wrap. Measure. Set. Train.

BFR uses partial blood-flow resistance during exercise. Total Flex™ Train Gain adds an inflatable cuff system and gauge so setup can be measured and repeated.

Place the appropriate cuff at the top of the arm or thigh as directed in the manual.

Use the pulse oximeter as instructed to establish a reference Limb Occlusion Pressure.

Use the hand pump and gauge to set training pressure below full occlusion.

Follow the manual’s pressure, duration, rest and stop guidance for the selected exercise.

Performance

Fewer Reps or Lighter Resistance. Your Call.

Total Flex™ Train Gain gives you another lever besides adding more weight or more repetitions. Set measurable cuff pressure and adapt the training variable that fits your session.

Reach the study fatigue endpoint with fewer repetitions*
Use BFR as part of lower-load resistance training
Train upper body or lower body with dedicated cuffs
Use an individualized pressure reference process

Arm + Leg Training

One System. More Ways to Train.

Use the appropriate cuffs for upper- or lower-body work. The current manual includes exercise examples, cuff placement, pressure guidance, rest periods and session-duration guidance.

Biceps curls and triceps work
Lower-body movements such as squats and leg extensions
Lighter-load BFR training guidance
Pressure-release and stop-sign guidance

Science You Can Measure

Lighter Load. Measurable Pressure. Proven Results.*

Total Flex™ Train Gain uses adjustable cuffs to create partial blood-flow resistance—making lighter-load training more challenging while keeping pressure visible.

Adjustable Cuffs
Partial Resistance
Greater Muscular Challenge
33%*

Up to 33% fewer arm repetitions

Participants reached the study fatigue endpoint sooner during biceps curls.

27%*

Up to 27% fewer leg repetitions

Measured during quadriceps-extension training in the controlled study.

50

Participants in a controlled study

Total Flex™ Train Gain was tested against the same exercises performed without BFR.

What This Means for Your Training

BUILD STRENGTH

Create a strong muscular stimulus using lighter resistance.

SUPPORT MUSCLE GROWTH

Increased metabolic stress and muscle-fiber recruitment can help support hypertrophy-focused training.

IMPROVE TRAINING EFFICIENCY

Increase muscular demand without simply adding more weight or more repetitions.

* In a controlled study of 50 men, participants reached fatigue with up to 33% fewer repetitions for arm workouts (average improvement: 19%) and up to 27% fewer repetitions for leg workouts (average improvement: 18%). Individual results may vary.

Questions Before You Buy

Total Flex™ Train Gain FAQ

Clear answers on setup, product details, fabrics, steam, travel, UK voltage, returns and warranty.

What exactly comes with Total Flex™ Train Gain?

The complete system includes two arm cuffs, two leg cuffs, hand pump, pressure gauge, pulse oximeter, storage bag and instructions.

How much does Total Flex™ Train Gain cost?

The current H2OForYou offer is $199 for one complete Total Flex™ Train Gain system, reduced from an RRP of $249 (Save $50).

What is blood flow resistance training?

BFR training uses controlled partial blood-flow resistance during exercise. The goal is not full occlusion during training. Total Flex™ Train Gain uses inflatable cuffs with measurable pressure.

What is Limb Occlusion Pressure?

Limb Occlusion Pressure is the minimum pressure needed to temporarily stop blood flow and is used as a reference measurement. Exercise is not performed at full Limb Occlusion Pressure.

Why does Total Flex™ Train Gain include a pressure gauge?

The gauge shows applied cuff pressure in mmHg so pressure can be adjusted objectively rather than relying only on perceived tightness.

What is the pulse oximeter used for?

It is a fitness accessory used only as instructed to help establish reference Limb Occlusion Pressure. It is not a medical device, not for diagnosis and not for continuous monitoring or use during exercise.

Can I use Total Flex™ Train Gain on both arms and legs?

Yes. TrainGain includes separate cuffs for the arms and legs, allowing you to perform BFR exercises for both upper- and lower-body training.

Important: The arm and leg cuffs are designed to be used separately not at the same time.

Disclaimer & Important Safety Information: Who should not use BFR training?

BFR training is not appropriate for everyone. If you have an existing medical condition, circulation issue, or are unsure whether BFR is suitable for you, consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before use.

You should seek medical guidance before using BFR if you:

Circulation & Cardiovascular

  • Have a history of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or Pulmonary Embolism (PE).
  • Have known thrombophilia or another blood-clotting abnormality.
  • Have uncontrolled hypertension or severe cardiovascular disease.
  • Have severe peripheral arterial disease (PAD) or poor circulation in the limbs.
  • Have significant varicose veins, venous insufficiency or compromised vascular integrity.

Medical Conditions

  • Are pregnant.
  • Have sickle cell anemia or another blood disorder affecting oxygen transport.
  • Have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment unless medically cleared.
  • Have limb swelling, lymphedema or unexplained edema.

Nerve, Skin & Limb Conditions

  • Have nerve damage, neuropathy or impaired sensation in your arms or legs.
  • Have an active infection in the limb where the band would be applied.
  • Have open wounds, ulcers, severe dermatitis or compromised skin in the cuff area.

Other Circumstances

  • Are recovering from recent surgery unless BFR has been recommended by a medical professional.
  • Are under 14 years old unless supervised by an appropriately trained clinician.

IMPORTANT BFR SAFETY GUIDELINES

Use BFR safely and stop if something feels wrong.

1
Use partial restriction—not complete occlusion.

Never over-tighten the bands or intentionally block blood flow completely.

2
Stop immediately if you experience warning signs.

Discontinue use if you experience numbness, tingling, sharp pain, unusual discomfort or loss of normal color in the limb.

3
Start gradually.

Keep your first BFR sessions short while your body becomes accustomed to the training method.

* In a controlled study of 50 men, participants reached fatigue with up to 33% fewer repetitions for arm workouts (average improvement: 19%) and up to 27% fewer repetitions for leg workouts (average improvement: 18%). Individual results may vary.
