The AB Doer 360 Power Rods Kit includes three resistance rods, providing enhanced resistance during workouts on the AB Doer 360 (sold separately). The rods offer three distinct intensity levels, color-coded as follows: Yellow for Beginner, Orange for Intermediate, and Red for Advanced. Only one resistance rod should be used at a time. This kit enables users to customize their AB Doer 360 experience with triple progressive resistance options. Choose Light (#1/Yellow Label) for an elevated aerobic challenge, Medium (#2/Orange Label) for a cross-training blend of aerobics and muscle toning, or Advanced (#3/Red Label) for optimal calorie burning and muscle conditioning. These resistance rods are easily inserted and removed from the AB Doer 360 machine, allowing for varied resistance levels during your workouts.
